Above and Beyond I had a mechanical issue with my previous vehicle that was a common problem with that model year. I needed a new engine, but was told by my mechanic t I had a mechanical issue with my previous vehicle that was a common problem with that model year. I needed a new engine, but was told by my mechanic that the issue was likely to arise again because it was a typical problem. He told me to trade in my car. The problem was that I still owed $15,000 on the old car. With very little money to put down, and my trade being worth very little because of the problem, I had a hard time finding someone to finance me even with excellent credit. Steven at Century Chevrolet went above and beyond trying to get me a good deal. They offered me $3500 more for my trade than another dealership I had been working with and they found a demo vehicle with less than 6000 miles on it that they were able to give me a $4000 discount on because it had been slightly used. Because it was a demo, it had never been titled, and it is still considered new with the full warranty on it. Considering how much negative equity I had in my old car, the fact that they were able to finance me at all was amazing. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of other warranties or accessories, they just gave me exactly what I needed. They did their best to keep my monthly payment low and the whole experience was wonderful. More
