For my most recent visit I brought my car in for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) and the staff there were all great! Besides being very helpful with my present service, they also advised me of some future services becoming due soon. They also answered my questions and I was treated with respect by everyone I contacted. They got my car in when I brought it in and they had it ready when they said they were going to. What more could you ask for? More

The service department is a refreshing break from low expectations - they go above and beyond in professionalism, friendliness, honesty and reliability. They are fast, cost-effective, and thorough. They know Chevrolet's policies and how to use them to the customer's advantage, even to getting leaners if needed. Through oil changes, recalls, and any other need, Tall Tom has been there to make my car run to its best ability.
