My salesperson was Jory and the financial person was Collins. Jory and Collins did a terrific job with answering all of my questions. I started the process of purchasing my car at about 4:30PM on a Friday evening and completed the process by about 7:00PM. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and I know that these two gentlemen had better things to do on a Friday evening. I purchased the car that I wanted after looking at four other like models. I got exactly what I wanted and could not be happier. More
Extremely Disappointed We have been long time customers of Century Chevrolet in Broomfield and have always trusted them with our vehicles until the past year. About a year We have been long time customers of Century Chevrolet in Broomfield and have always trusted them with our vehicles until the past year. About a year ago we took one of our vehicles in because the temperature gauge was going up and the coolant was low. We were told we needed a new water pump. The water pump was replaced and that evening the vehicle started to lose power and smelled like smoke. We immediately took it back to the service center. The engine was covered in liquid and we were told we needed a new radiator. We replaced the radiator. A few months later we took it in because the temperature gauge was going up again. They said we needed a new water pump. We reminded them they just replaced it and it was serviced at no charge. Everything was running fine and then we received a recall notice. We were told the issue in the recall didn't affect our vehicle but we needed a new water pump. This would be 3 water pumps in less than 1 year. My husband reminded them that the water pump had been replaced twice in less than 1 year and he was told that they would replace it at no charge. A few hours later they called to tell him that the front engine cover was damaged and it would cost $2,000 to repair. Remember, the vehicle was running fine -- we took it in for a recall -- not for a repair! We took our other Chevy in because the check engine light was on. Lo' and behold it was the water pump and would need to be replaced for around $500. We reminded them we had an extended warranty and were told we would have to bring in the paperwork -- even though we have had repairs done on the extended warranty and bought the car and warranty from Century. We brought in the warranty information and were told that the water pump would be covered. However, they also found a leak on the transmission lines and it would need to be repaired. The next day the car smelled like smoke and there was no oil in the engine. The entire engine was covered in liquids (sound familar?) We were told to have it towed to the dealership. They didn't offer to pay for the tow or even apologize. My son picked up the car and when he got home my husband checked the oil level which was extremely low. We took it back to the dealership so they could top it off and still no apology! Really? More
Service on my Chevy Cruise Over the past year, I have used the service center for Oil changes and general maintenance at least three times and in every case I had to bring my ve Over the past year, I have used the service center for Oil changes and general maintenance at least three times and in every case I had to bring my vehicle back due to poor work. In one instance I came in to have a seal replace and they failed to plug the cables back in. I went back the corrected the upper but failed to plug in the lower so I had to go back again. The next visit they suggested that my water pump required replacement (soon) and when I returned again at a later date it was fine. The last visit the replace the same seal that was previously replaced and told me I needed 2 other seal replaced (which I declined) and charged me $68 for this advise. Finally as a result of this visit I had to urgently bring my car back in because the Seal Work done under warranty resulted in oil leaking all over my engine and garage floor. So again I had to get more repairs. At this point I traded in the car (maybe that was the plan). More

Not only did he make the necessary repairs to the vehicle we had scheduled but he also found a way to work our unscheduled vehicle in and finished both of them on the same day. More
