Customer Service still exists I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom was in contact with me the entire time and the truck was actually done before they promised it back. Tom and his service team were great to deal with and got a tough job done as promised and there were no surprises when I went to take care of the bill. Awesome management. Codi however has an attitude everytime Lucky for everyone but Codi. This is an A+ service center. Dealt with Codi 2 times now and both times he talked to me with a real short and negative attitude. Hope I get John next time as he is a very nice person to do business with. Lack of attention to detail Recently I experienced a third consecutive service visit where a lack of attention to detail led to something under the hood of my 2016 Duramax hood t Recently I experienced a third consecutive service visit where a lack of attention to detail led to something under the hood of my 2016 Duramax hood that shouldn't have been there. During the first oil change it was an empty oil quart. During the second service visit it was an oil funnel and a giant wad of insulation right on top of my engine compartment as well as forgetting to fill the DEF (but still charging for it). This last time one of the weather stripping pieces had come loose somehow during the oil change and rather than fixing it, it was just slammed in between the hood and body. When I went to pick up the truck, there was about 6" of weather stripping just sticking out of the hood. Shame on me for letting this happen three times. My confidence in proficiency of more complicated work is low given all the issues experienced during a simple oil change. I'll be looking to take my service and future purchases elsewhere. More
