Great Service - Highly Recommended About five years ago I was having a really bad time with Century Chevy regarding my 2007 Saturn and felt really ripped off for what proved to be a maj About five years ago I was having a really bad time with Century Chevy regarding my 2007 Saturn and felt really ripped off for what proved to be a major defect in the ignition switch. By the time of the recall I had traded the car in at Century Chevy for a Cruz. Then I felt they ripped me off over some oil changes when a coupon for $25 turned in to $65 and the they stood me up for an appointment to have my windshield replaced. I vowed never to return. However, I was forced to return because of a recall item and the service was okay. I went back for what I thought would be a major repair and lots of $$, but they pointed out to me it was all covered as a recall item. There service was really good then and their shuttle service was very practical and appreciated. I returned again for what might have been a costly repair if not covered by the extended warranty I purchased, but they pointed out to me it was covered by the manufacturers extended warranty. Again a very pleasant surprise, and again the shuttle service was fantastic, saving me a lot of trouble with figuring out how to get to work etc.. They have won by business back I must say. Thanks and keep up the good work. More

I was approached on arrival on Monday after coming on the previous Saturday in which no one even acknowledged my existence. I decided to come back on Monday and give it one last try. Jory was the first to say hi and in a non threating way like the other vultures were doing. I have been in sales for 20 years and know how hard it is to cold sell. With that being said, Jory made me feel like he really cared about my position and did not try to get me in to something I was not comfortable with. Jory went beyond his duty to show me the pre driven vehicles that the other vultures take home for their enjoyment. I have my own business and if you don't keep Jory, I will snatch him and Khalid up in a hearbeat. You do not find people like this anymore in the world that care what your needs are. We've recently had services issues with an older vehicle. After being told we had a very costly repair to do, we took it to a business that specializes in that area. We quickly returned to Matt to have the service work completed, and for a second opinion on other issues they said needed to be done (one of which did not). It's hard in a large city to know who you can trust, and when we asked ourselves that question, we both agreed that we can trust Matt. He does his best to work with us on all aspects of the service, and we truly appreciate his professionalism and great service. More

Service experience My vehicle was serviced (oil & filter change) in about 1 hour and 10 minutes, which was fairly quick for a Friday afternoon. Apparently someone checke My vehicle was serviced (oil & filter change) in about 1 hour and 10 minutes, which was fairly quick for a Friday afternoon. Apparently someone checked the tire pressure at one point and all four of the valve caps were left loose, but other than that I have no complaints. Attention to detail is all that was lacking in that case. More
