Vehicle is in for the 3rd time in as many weeks Took a 25 month old car in for repair of an oil leak, after having it in the shop for 4.5 days, another larger fluid leak started just 6 days later. Had the vehicle in for service for another full week, and once again after having it home for 6 days fluid is pouring out. One would think a vehicle needing 12 days of service in 21 days and 3 separate trips could indicate a lack of competence. The customer facing employees are awesome, I just can't say I have any confidence at all my car will be fixed. If it is something that a Chevy Dealership service dept can't fix, then shame on you Chevy for not providing proper training on your new models. It's under warranty or I'd surely be looking elsewhere. More

My approach to closing a deal is to be cordial, personable but firm in what I reasonably want and can negotiate in a purchase and Century really matched this approach from the nice salesman, young man named Justin, to Brad in finance (real nice gent) to Khalid in closing/finance, professional, fast and very nice. I don't buy often but when I do, Century will be on the top of my list. More

The service and repair was completed the same day at a cost which was very reasonable. Not only was the overall experience very positive, but Amy was a very professional, friendly, and engaged manager thru all of it from start to finish. This was just the latest in a series of very positive experiences with Century over the last five years. We live in Boulder, which is a 35 minute drive away, so we need to be sure that our investment in time to get there will be worth it. Every service visit has been excellent. We highly recommend Century for Chevrolet service! More
Simple, fast, efficient and friendly We just purchased our new 2500HD High Country and are thrilled! My wife and I went in with a plan to buy the truck we wanted, including the color and options. Kirby was our sales representative and it was evident they did not have the vehicle configuration we wanted on the lot. Kirby began a search and indicated he found one, brand new at another dealership and would negotiate to see about getting them to release it. He not only got the vehicle released, but to our surprise, had it brought over, prepared in the detail shop and we were able to drive it home in just a few hours! This was on a Saturday no less. The entire experience, from the sale, to the meeting with Stephanie on accessories, to the purchase with Khalid, and the final delivery was great. Century Chevrolet has very professional and courteous staff and we highly recommend them. More

During the initial check of the vehicle, it was discovered the car coolent reservoir was empty. Further diagnostics showed that the front breaks needed servicing. I really appreciate the staff at Century, particularly Tom Ricicki, ror ensuring that my daughter's car was in tip-top condition for her trip. More
