Constantly have to bring back after service My last 3 visits to the service department have resulted in me having to bring my car back the next day to fix something that should have been fixed t My last 3 visits to the service department have resulted in me having to bring my car back the next day to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. Every time I get the oil changed here I have to return it because there is an oil leak that I am continuously told is because they forgot to tighten it all the way! In addition the last time i brought my car in I needed a new break light. When I returned home I checked and it was still out! I returned my car again (2nd return for this service) only to have them tell me that they were unaware that there were 2 break lights! The amount of additional time that I have to spend here getting something trivial serviced is completely unacceptable. I do not have three full days to take off of work everything I need an oil change. More

The finest dealer in the west I don't have much experience buying cars from dealers but I've heard a lot of horror stories, the experience was not what I expected at all. Tom was did excellent at keeping me informed on what was going on with my truck, stuck true to his original estimate of cost, and had my truck to me in a very reasonable amount of time. More
