I didn't make it back to him until after 9pm and he never treated me like he was trying to get rid of me so he could go home. I had an issue in the service department and Glen jumped right on it and got me taken care of. I was out of there in minutes once the problem was identified. Century Chevrolet is 45 mins from where i live and i will never buy a vehicle form anyone else. I will make the drive every time. My son purchased his first truck and wanted a black Chevy Colorado with all the options. We went to the lot on a Thursday and just looked around and while they had a very nice gray truck they didn't have exactly what he was looking for. The next day however, they not only had the truck on the lot, but they had it for the right price. Jory Daniels handled our purchase from the start and met all of our expectations and needs without hesitation. Good Sales, miscommunication with finance The sales experience was very good. We waited just over an hour to get back to see finiance and sign the paperwork. That happens. But my complaint is I asked the finance dept to look into a loan with my credit union. I even wrote it down and sign paperwork. They were taughting a credit union of their own The assured me they would shop the auto loan around. They put me with their credit union at a higher rate. Now I'm having to refinance and sign more paperwork. This was the second vehicle I bought and financed this same day from this dealership and it happened on both automobile loans. That is a lot of time and paperwork I have to do over. More
