I checked auto trans fluid level to see if it was low and found it much too full rather than low. I had some trans cooler lines replaced along with fluid and filter in April and had not checked the level until I found the leak. Called service rep, John Hobart, & told him about planned trip and asked if a high level could be dangerous for the trucks trans on a long drive at hi-way speeds. John told me to bring it in right away (Sat @ 11 am) and he would check it out. Service tech found level was a quart+ too high and no fluid leaks. Tech corrected level and changed requested oil / filter replacement which was compted by Service rep , John, for my inconvenience as a result of Century adding too much trans fluid in April. Fantastic Service and extremely appreciated. More

Bad experience with sales manager. I do not have a good review for Matt Urland . I found a mistake on my purchase agreement and he got upset with me. After we had a few heated words wit I do not have a good review for Matt Urland . I found a mistake on my purchase agreement and he got upset with me. After we had a few heated words with each other he said he was tearing up the contract and the deal was off. Then he sent another sales person out to get my trade- in that I left there the night before. When this was all taking place Justin Green showed up and met with my wife and I and said he would make everything right with us and he did. I was very happy that Justin Green stepped in and went over Matts head and took very good care of us. I feel that Matt should not be in the position he is in . He is a hot head and not a people person and not good for your dealership. I would watch his performance closely. I really enjoyed working with Justin Green if it was not for him we would not have got the car that we are really enjoying Justin is a class act and a great asset for Century Chevrolet. The excellent rating I am leaving on this form is for Justin Green. More
