I has an appointment at 11am on a saturday for a simple alignment. I left the car because i had a few things to do. i returned at 4pm thinking my car would have been waiting in the lot all day, but when i came back it was still not done yet and the person i was dealing with in service was not very friendly about the situation, he never apologized or offered anything to make the situation better. I left very unhappy and overwhelmed almost an hour later!! why it took them 5 hours to work on my car when i had an appointment was still never explained to me!!! More
