I was pleasantly surprised on the Awesome customer service throughout the whole process. Starting with Alisha from the Internet department. She called me within a few hours after i entered my appointment and made sure all my concerns were covered for my upcoming appointment. She was friendly, kind, and was easy to talk to. Next, was the Service Consultant, John Hobart, He was outstanding. He listened to my concerns and my explanation of what was going on with my truck. He didn't act like he was looking down on me or that i didn't know my truck. I really appreciated that. He was friendly, and easy to work with. He kept me apprised on the status on the service. Other staff that i came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. I did notice that everyone there really seemed like they enjoyed working for this dealership. After a year and another dealership of dealing with the same issue on my truck, it appears that the issue has been finally fixed. So far the truck is running better than it has, and i am truly impressed with my experience. I plan to return for future service. Thank you for doing a Great Job! More

My mom has been going there since 2003 for oil changes and any work that needed to be done. The car has been passed down to me, and she always told me to take it to Tall Tom and the great service department there when I needed anything done. The car still runs great thanks to all the great care the car has been given. Tall Tom always treated my mom so well and always kept us in the loop about what things would be good to do, what was necessary, and the cost. He is very knowledgeable and helped us to understand too. The whole service department always goes above and beyond and every experience has been great! We really appreciate anything! More

Brake evaluation I took my car in to use an oil change coupon. I was told my rear brakes were 2/32 and my front right brakes were 3/32. New brake pads and new rotor I took my car in to use an oil change coupon. I was told my rear brakes were 2/32 and my front right brakes were 3/32. New brake pads and new rotors were recommended for both front and back for a total cost of almost $1000. I took my car for a second opinion to a local shop. They told me the rear brakes were in good shape at 7/32, the front rotors just needed to be turned, and the front brake pads need to be replaced. Total cost about $240. very disappointed with Century Chevrolet. More
