I called the service center, spoke with Amy, scheduled an appointment and dropped the truck off as planned. I picked up my loaner, got a phone call that everything was fixed and picked it up without issue. The truck was fixed and covered under warranty. Not perfect but they stand behind their words My experience with Century Chevy did not start off on the best terms. I negotiated via text/email/phone with their internet department due to time co My experience with Century Chevy did not start off on the best terms. I negotiated via text/email/phone with their internet department due to time constraints. When it appeared the last price I received in writing was the best I could get and I responded to accept, I got another email telling me that the offer (received in writing) was a mistake and they were raising the price by $2,600. Obviously, I was not happy and did not think highly of this individual, the process or the dealership. The next day I received a very professional phone call from the GM explaining they made a mistake in the offer but would honor it. He was true to his word and I purchased the vehicle. My experience when I arrived at the dealership was very professional. To add to the professionalism and improve my experience, a month later I discovered an error on my invoice. I contacted the dealership and they confirmed the error in my favor and have arranged to refund this amount. What started off as a very poor experience turned into a much better experience. While I would recommend this dealership, this comes with a caveat. If you are older than 35 years old, I would only recommend working with the traditional sales department and not the internet team. Even though I am 38 years old, there is a major difference in the way Millennials conduct business vs Gen X/Baby Boomer, etc. and this internet department can be challenging to work with for those like me used to buying a car in the traditional way. Overall, I would do business with Century Chevy again. More
