Ineffective communication I went in for minor repair work and agreed to wait in the waiting room for completion. In the end, I was there for five hours and the repair was not done. I got no feedback while I waited. It took them over four hours to figure out that they needed a part they did not have in stock. They should have figured that out much earlier and given me the option of coming back another day. They did, however, go to great links to mitigate their mistake by offering me a loaner car and getting me into it quickly. When I picked up the car the next day, the work was finished and well done. But they did leave some service hatch on the passenger side open and I haven't figured out yet how to close it and I'm not going back just for that. They did apologize profusely for their mistakes. They say a business should be measured by how well it deals with mistakes and on that measure they did very well. More

Prior to going to Century to look at a truck, my wife and I had just purchased her a car and had this typical type of experience at the dealerships. I was searching for a specific truck that they had on there website. Once we found the truck, we went to inquire whether it was still available. This is when I first met Jory. Jory arranged to get the truck pulled up so that we could take a better look at it. During the test drive, Jory was very knowledgeable about the specifics of THIS truck. I later learned that this particular truck had only been on their lot for a couple of days. When we finished the test drive, I thought that this would be when the "fun" would begin. There was a limited amount of back and forth that is expected. The refreshing part was that Jory was very accepting of anything we asked for him to try and it felt like a REAL negotiation. I don't remember the sales manager who was involved, but he was equally accepting of the process from the buyers' end. The only thing that you can ask for when buying anything is to be treated with respect and reach an agreement that both sides are comfortable with. This was our experience at Century from the first meeting through the negotiations to finalizing the sale with Khalid. I can't wait to see the level of customer service from the service department if it is like our buying experience. Thank you so much!!! More

Misleading Sales, Poor Organization, Empty Promises My wife and I both recently purchased cars from Century Chevrolet. We were purchasing through the Costco Auto Program, which recently had a promotion My wife and I both recently purchased cars from Century Chevrolet. We were purchasing through the Costco Auto Program, which recently had a promotion for the holiday season. All in all our time at the dealership to purchase two vehicles was more than 10 hours over the course of two nights, where both nights we stayed later than 10:00 pm, and were left alone waiting for more than an hour on two separate occasions. Our first issue was with a misleading financial estimate. We were told that we would both qualify for 0% down and 0% interest the first night. This turned into $600 down and 1 and 2% respectively when we re-visited the next night. We discussed these new terms and agreed to them, given we knew both cars would be eligible for the Costco Auto Program, which we verified with the Sales and Finance department. This was an outright lie. The purchase of my wife's car was not submitted through the Costco Auto Program, and Century has had nothing short of abysmal customer service as I have tried to resolve the issue. I have called and gotten a voice machine during business hours at least 5 different times. Leaving a message does not alleviate this issue. We spoke to Brett Organ in person, who told us he would investigate and call back. He did not call back and we were forced to go back to the dealership for an update. I also expressed my concerns to Sean O'Donnel, who told us upon purchase that "any issue we had, he would be happy to fix." I have had to express this issue to him multiple times in person, and he told me he would speak to the Manager of Century and call me back to let me know what could be done to deliver on his "any issue will be fixed" guarantee. This was over three weeks ago and I have yet to hear from him. Further, my vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when it was first picked up. Given that it was fetched from another dealer in the area, I was surprised at the lack of professionalism from whoever drove the vehicle to Century for me to pick up. Additionally, we negotiated window tinting on our contracts. I had to reach out in order to schedule the window tint on my wife's car. This was after the carseat in my car was thrown around during my window tinting and not replaced. I am sure that I am forgetting some of the experiences we had through Century in addition to the ones listed. Further, both Sales and Finance requested perfect marks on this survey. Given that finance called for an update a day after I provided the update and the almost unbelievable performance of the Sales team, I wish I could leave no stars. I cannot recommend against this awful dealership enough, and strongly recommend you find anywhere else to purchase your next car. More
