Overall Great Experience. My first visit to the dealership was kind of rough. But, I decided to give it another shot. Luckily, I was fortunate to have met Max. He's a great guy to work with.... low-key, not pushy. In addition with having a great attitude, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer question/concerns in a confident manner. I could honestly say that Max was the reason I continued onward with Century. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Some finance folks can be a little 'snarky' and condescending. But, Josh was awesome. He made the tedious phase of financing and associated paperwork very easy. Winter was great, too. Perfect personality for the job. Here's what I posted on Facebook: "Thanks to the crew at Century Chevrolet for getting me back into a Silverado! The sales guy - Max - was awesome. Low-key... not pushy. Very helpful. Not a very good service center!!! Dropped off vehicle a month ago to have a full service including brake fluid change! We never had problems with this brake system ever. A week after we picked it up brake lights starting to come on took it back they said they fixed it. Four days later light came on again dropped it off they said it had a bad master cylinder wanted to charge me $1200 the first maintenance was $2000 sounds to me like they don't know what they're doing! They want to charge you for anything they screw up I took it to a different repair shop charge me $350 that's with the new master cylinder and labor. More
