Own up to it, please. I had a routine oil change at Century Chevrolet. I was on time. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get my truck back. Everyone else in the waiting area was long gone and a whole new group of people were waiting with me. When I left the dealership I could smell oil burning. I stopped nearby, opened the hood and noted smoke from the manifold area. Not a big deal, figuring a little spillage is not that unusual. I drove home, parked in my driveway where it sat for several hours. When I moved my truck I found a 10" oil puddle in my driveway. The truck dripped oil for a couple of days before stopping completely. I realize things like this happen. My gripe is that the service guys did not tell me they had spilled a considerable amount of oil on my engine. The extra time I waited was likely needed for them to wipe up as much oil as they could. Pretending nothing had happened and dismissing the extra time as "other customers ahead of me" when I was one of the very first appointments st 7:30 AM, is what has me thinking I need to find somewhere else to have my truck serviced. The first time I took my truck there I found a couple of days later that my windshield fluid reservoir was empty. That can be a huge deal in Colorado in the winter. 2 strikes... still undecided if I will go back. More

Took WAY too long We bought a company truck. What should have taken 1 hour to transact took close to 5 hours. I run a business and time is very important to me. The We bought a company truck. Saying it was 60 points lower just so you could attempt a higher interest loan was just B.S.! Eventually, the deal went through, but saying "I am going somewhere else" was what it took. More

I live 800 miles from Century Chevrolet and so I needed to make many phone calls to these two gentlemen, who thankfully were very patient with me, and they were able to answer all my questions and help me through a difficult situation to see to it I received my car in as close to new as they could make it. Special thanks as well to the dedicated people who detailed my car, twice, working many, many hours to make it "sparkle" ask Tom had promised. My one regret is I did not get to meet you in person to shake your hands. More

A simple transmission fluid flush We took our car in for a transmission fluid flush and when we got the car back it wasn't running correctly. We took it back the following day. Well after three days at the dealership, my husband called and they said it was ready. When my husband asked why they hadn't called to tell us the car was ready, they could not give a good answer. Not only did they keep the car for three days unnecessarily without any follow up, they also made the simple mistake of not putting enough transmission fluid in the car. That is why it wasn't working properly, and our transmission could have been ruined. We would have been better off taking it to any garage other than Century. We have had a good experience with them in the past, but not this time!!This is an example of a poorly run dealership with a price tag of $185.00! More
Lied re price & re a scratch; & screen glitching as of day 6 1) Dealership expressly told me "we have the best price in 100 miles," but four dealers in that area turned out to be $500-$900 lower for the same Bol 1) Dealership expressly told me "we have the best price in 100 miles," but four dealers in that area turned out to be $500-$900 lower for the same Bolt model. Dealership then implausibly told me all four must not have the car or must be selling hail-damaged cars. (Maybe one was, but to declare that about all four was ridiculous.) 2) I found a scratch on the underside of the steering wheel after a few days. Dealership’s response was - without even looking at the kind of scratch - that if I ask for a warranty repair, the dealer would “just say it's wear and tear." "Wear and tear" after just days is an absurd claim - but the worst was the dealer saying they'll make a factual assertion about the cause of the scratch without even looking to see what it was. 3) On day 6, the touchscreen froze: it wouldn't respond to touches or to buttons; it wouldn't turn off when I turned the car off; and it didn’t restart when I turned the car off and on. Service department's try-turning-off-and-on advice didn't work, and the service department had no other idea how to restart or reset the screen other than "bring the car in" - for repair, on day 6. Fortunately, the screen stopped glitching hours later - but with the electrical system glitching already on day 6, I am not looking forward to the next several years of owning this car that I now regret purchasing. More
