Well worth the wait My transmission wave plate went out. Tall Tom and his team did a great job even though it took a couple of weeks. He set me up with a rental car so I didn't miss a beat. It was covered under warranty thank goodness. The only issues I had was upon returning the rental, the agent noticed a small dent on the hood. I didn't notice it when I took the car and hope something didn't happen when I had the car. I barely drove it honestly. The other issue is they quoted me $99 total labor but then said they made a mistake on the rental fee and added another $100 when I was told the car rental was covered by the warranty. I paid it, but felt misinformed. The car is running like a champ now so I'm very happy about that. More

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased for Brett and each experience has surprisingly been better the that last. Jory was unexpected pleasant surprise along with the rest of the of the crew that helped with me acquiring my vehicle. Jory and Brett make a fantastic team when purchasing a vehicle. From the test drive to walking out the door with the keys, they made the purchase not feel pressured and I was very relaxed. Jory was not available for the completion of the sale but he sure made his presence felt through the excellent team work of Brett. Even though the finance of the car was through an outside vender, Khalid was well informative and quick to complete the paperwork in a timely matter. Thank you, Khalid for the little personal touch you gave for taking care of all the paperwork. Stephanie was fantastic with going through the accessories that I could have purchase and make me feel pressured in purchasing anything else for the car. Winter also did a fantastic job with getting me familiarized with the new features of the Impala.
