Dealership went way and above my expectations My son bought a pre-owned 2015 Chevy Camaro. I contacted the Dealership and was contacted by Jory Daniels, I was not able to look at the vehicle so he brought it to my work which was 45 minutes away. Jory went above and beyond the service and made sure I was happy through the whole process. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction and Mike Surd was also great given the fact that my son is in serving in the service over-seas, Mike wanted to make sure he received the best deal for my son. Inaccurate, incorrect diagnostic I brought my vehicle in for a possible charging issue (volt gauge on dash only showing 12 volts) and was told that the alternator was bad. Century wan I brought my vehicle in for a possible charging issue (volt gauge on dash only showing 12 volts) and was told that the alternator was bad. Century wanted almost $700 to change it which was ridiculous. I replaced the alternator myself at a cost of $150 and it took me less than 15 minutes. The next day, I learned that it was doing the same thing. They also claimed they could not detect a buzzing sound coming from the radio we described during the extensive diagnostic. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, the radio was buzzing. At this point, we're not even sure a diagnostic was actually done. More
