Finance guy Josh was horrible. The loan person Josh was horrible and kept us waiting in his office for at least an hour and a half while he continually shuffled and re-shuffled pape The loan person Josh was horrible and kept us waiting in his office for at least an hour and a half while he continually shuffled and re-shuffled papers and stared at his computer and every once in a while did something and then shuffled some more papers. Finally he slid over finance papers for us to sign and had slipped in a three thousand dollar warranty which he did not clearly explain to us earlier. All we wanted was a straight forward loan with no add ons. He was playing games and trying to be coy.... without success. Makes me wonder if we got the best interest rate or not. Our credit score is exceptional and we were treated like we were untrustworthy. I believe Josh requires training in customer service. Experience was great right up to when we entered the finance office. Bad experience. More

Good basic service & friendly people I bought my 2002 truck new at Century & have had it serviced there over the years. They do a good job in general & are friendly. They have some difficulties diagnosing problems & suggesting preventative measures. I had a rattle for years & a squeak for months that I repeatedly asked about & they couldn't figure out. Finally, a tech named Chris diagnosed rear brakes that were toast recently when the squeak got louder. Thanks for finally figuring it out Chris. More

Unprofessional service writers. Problem fixed. Pulled my car in service, no one says a thing. No hello, what brings you in today. Cory or Cody was shoving a burrito in his face at his desk so I ask Pulled my car in service, no one says a thing. No hello, what brings you in today. Cory or Cody was shoving a burrito in his face at his desk so I asked him I he could help. Apparently I interrupted his lunch. As he licked the burrito remnants off his fingers, he took my keys and got the mileage. Pretty much said we'll call when it's done and sent me on my way. Just a rude person who should not be service writing. No customer service skills whatsoever. Glen the service manager went above and beyond and resolve the issue and i was quite happy with what he had to say. More
