I was called back within an hour to let me know the battery needed to be replaced and the alternator was also testing to be replaced. I gave the ok to replace both and we would need to order an alternator and would come in the next day. I was offered a shuttle ride back to my home and within another hour, service was completed and I was driven back to Century to pick up the car. 2-3 hours from writeup to completion and without an appointment, that was quick and appreciative service. I ended up buying a brand new Chevy and it is within my budget with an extended warranty and other perks. I am pleased that I have 2 years of service included with my purchase.
