Very friendly. Great service. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I'm not gonna lie, I expected the rapid shark salesman they always portray on tv. Very angry with individual in service department! I'm very angry in one individual in the service department name "Nicole" . I came in a few months back to get a recall "airbag" done on my 07 Silverad I'm very angry in one individual in the service department name "Nicole" . I came in a few months back to get a recall "airbag" done on my 07 Silverado, during that time, she had mentioned that all part/s for my recall are out. She said she will reorder parts under my name and will get back to me when it arrived, never heard from her again! I'd call many, many, many time and left voice mails but no call back. she's the worst Service individual I had ever work with! More

Frustrating experiences Our experiences are like a very long, terrible, comedy of errors and the rating includes everything from purchase to recent service. With one issue I Our experiences are like a very long, terrible, comedy of errors and the rating includes everything from purchase to recent service. With one issue I had to physically show back up at the dealership and ask for a manager to get it resolved, and thankfully Michael Surd helped me (which is why I gave a 2-star review instead of 1-star). If I was just reviewing Michael it would be higher because he really tried to make things right. Most recently we got an oil change and asked for a steering recall to be fixed. The service department tried telling me the vehicle didn't have a recall, despite me receiving a call from Century notifying us of said recall and our VIN showing up on on NHTSA's website for the recall. We had to ask them to check again, and then they confirmed it did have a recall and they updated the software. More

Battery was not holding charge and needed help My 2005 Chevrolet Impala's battery was not holding a charge and I needed help. I pull into the garage and was immediately helped by Josh Karczewski. My 2005 Chevrolet Impala's battery was not holding a charge and I needed help. I pull into the garage and was immediately helped by Josh Karczewski. I was called back within an hour to let me know the battery needed to be replaced and the alternator was also testing to be replaced. I gave the ok to replace both and we would need to order an alternator and would come in the next day. I was offered a shuttle ride back to my home and within another hour, service was completed and I was driven back to Century to pick up the car. 2-3 hours from writeup to completion and without an appointment, that was quick and appreciative service. More
