Stress Free The morning I made an appointment to visit Century Chevrolet, I spoke with a very pleasant woman, Cassie Finneman who was very understanding when I ha The morning I made an appointment to visit Century Chevrolet, I spoke with a very pleasant woman, Cassie Finneman who was very understanding when I had to call back to postpone the appointment and was going to be late. From the minute I stepped onto the Century Chevrolet property in Broomfield, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional young man, Sales Consultant, Metreol O'Donnell, who listened carefully to my questions and proceeded to help me find the best car for my needs. The Used Car manager, Art Cruz came out to introduce himself to me and then graciously turned things back over to Metreol. Once I found the car I was interested in, a 2016 Kia Soul, Mr. O'Donnell and I took a good drive involving the city roads and the highway so I could get a feel for the performance of the car. Once we returned to the dealership, he answered all my questions and helped me get the ball rolling. While waiting to discuss financing, I was introduced to the Customer Relations Manager, a pleasant young woman, Stephanie Ledoux, who shared with me a variety of accessories I might be interested in to enhance the comfort and efficiency of my new car. A short time later I was introduced to the Finance Director, Mr. Khalid Bushaala. Mr. Bushaala was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting me the best financial help I could get. Throughout the entire process I never had a moment where I felt unsolicited pressure to agree to any terms or purchases I did not want. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Last step was to the finance office where I met Collin, he helped me get financed and gave me further options to help me with a successful loan term.
