We chose Century Chevrolet and we were not disappointed. From day one Kirby was very understanding and accommodating. See... we have 15 month old and shopping for a new car with a little one is especially challenging. However, Kirby worked around OUR schedule and strived to meet OUR expectations. With a little one we had to make several trips to look at the cars and finally settled on the one that wasn't even on their lot (we needed a second row bench!). Well, Kirby didn't back down and searched low and high to find us the vehicle we wanted. He also made it easy on us by reply to my text messages timely and accurately. So i would say 50% of the car sale was done virtually over the text message. Usually car buying experience is not something you reminisce over dinner about, but Century Chevrolet made is seamless and easy. Now we have a great vehicle and definitely have no regrets! More
