long PAINFUL process I started the process of buying a used vehicle at 2 in the afternoon. I made 3 separate trips to the dealership before finally getting an ALMOST decen I started the process of buying a used vehicle at 2 in the afternoon. I made 3 separate trips to the dealership before finally getting an ALMOST decent price and walking out of the dealership. They waited until after I had signed all the paperwork to tell me that it only had one key. Once I went back to sign all the paper work they claimed it would only take 20 min to get the financial paperwork signed; nearly 2 HOURS later at 10/1030 PM I finally walked out. Khalid stated he would call the next day to give me the final interest rate on my loan as well as get my credit card number for the rest of my down payment. 4-5 days later I finally called him to get this info. I was also pressured into buying extended warranty that I repeatedly tried to decline but out of exhaustion gave in and now am trying to figure out how to cancel it as well as pay a penalty for doing so. Lastly, they stated all recall items had been repaired however not even a week after owning the car I received a notice stating I need to get the Takata airbags replaced. Also the Tire pressure sensor was on while test driving, when I was signing paperwork Sean stated "I fixed the tire pressure light for your" Not even 20 min into my 50 min drive home it came on and now 2 weeks later and I have filled the tires it is STILL on. More
