Disappointing Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation , Car was running fine 3 and Half hours later I was told I need brakes and a wheel alignment . Then I Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation , Car was running fine 3 and Half hours later I was told I need brakes and a wheel alignment . Then I was told I needed a battery. After getting my car back found out the heater stopped working again it was working fine before I took it in. So instead of paying 48 dollars for oil change and tire rotation its costing me a thousand dollars plus. I understand that brakes get worn and new ones are needed but when things go bad while in the shop doesn't feel right. Not only that the original service person I was dealing with left. More

Excellent All Points and Tire Inspection with Fixes The Century team was attentive and flexible, working with me every step of the way to discuss what should be done and the timing to complete the work. They were honest in their assessments of my car's needs, and did not try to push items on me that were not needed, even though substitutions could have been reasonable (e.g. new winter tires). More

Terrible Salesman was helpful and nice. The finance office was terrible, directly lied to me about a product just to get the sell, messed up the title, horrib Salesman was helpful and nice. The finance office was terrible, directly lied to me about a product just to get the sell, messed up the title, horribly unresponsive, ultimately got my money back on several things though it was very difficult to do so. Additionally, the upfront Communication was terrible. The only reason I bought from this dealership is they have the exact model that I want to put in the color with all their futures.
