This time, when I arrived for my scheduled service, I was not acknowledged for several minutes then waved in by Amy. However, she was on a personal phone call as I stood there at her counter for several minutes waiting for her to get off the call. Meanwhile another young lady stood behind her texting on her phone. Terrible service again I brought my truck back to have something fixed that was not fixed the first time and I had paid for. I advised them that I would wait for it since th I brought my truck back to have something fixed that was not fixed the first time and I had paid for. I advised them that I would wait for it since this should have been done before. I checked on what was happening after waiting for 2 hours. They said they were still working on it and it should be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they said that they would need more time. I assume that my truck had been sitting there for the 2 hours that I was waiting and nothing was done. I now have to bring it back again for a 3rd time for the same thing as I did not have the time to wait again. You would think that the dealer would be on top of this problem since they didn't fix it the first time correctly. More
