CD Player needs to be replaced ??? I was told I needed to replace my CD Player to the tune of $327. I would have to pay up front for the part which they didn't have. While waiting for t I was told I needed to replace my CD Player to the tune of $327. I would have to pay up front for the part which they didn't have. While waiting for the part to come in I had an old battery replaced and find out the CD player works again. I call to cancel the part order and they tell me before the refund can be issued I would have to wait for the part to be returned. It has now been nearly 2 Months since this started and I still don't have a refund. First of all they should check to see if the part really needs to be replaced, and getting a refund for a part I never touched should not be dependant upon it's return. More
