Worth a 2nd Chance - like an old friend The staff here was great! I had been into this dealership a few years ago and was not treated very well. At the time I had been a loyal repeat Chev The staff here was great! I had been into this dealership a few years ago and was not treated very well. At the time I had been a loyal repeat Chevrolet customer. Due to this poor treatment, I did end up leasing a vehicle from another competitor. As this lease term was coming to an end I did receive a sales call from Century Chevrolet. This call was just before the winter Holiday season began. I had a busy schedule and asked the woman to call me back several times. Each time she did she was always friendly and conscientious of my time. We did manage to schedule a convenient time for me to visit Century Chevrolet. I received a reminder text from Cassie@ Century Chevy the morning of my appointment. I called to inform them I was running late. Upon my arrival I was introduced to the most helpful Sales representative Metreol O'Donnell. Metreol sat down with me, listened to my concerns and was wonderfully informative. He verified he completely understood what I was looking for and proceeded to explain what he'd like to do for me. As he laid out his plan he was sure to check with me to ensure this met with my approval. Metreol and the rest of the staff at Century Chevrolet brought me back to being a satisfied Chevy owner again. I had some extremely tight financial limits and the entire staff including the finance director Khalid worked with me to ensure we did not exceed these limits. I would like to Thank this staff not only for getting me a great deal on the car I wanted but making me feel like I truly mattered to them like an old friend. More
