Awesome experience at Four Stars Altus! Russel/salesman worked with me virtually to get the deal done and held the car I wanted. Picked it up and was out the door with financing already i Russel/salesman worked with me virtually to get the deal done and held the car I wanted. Picked it up and was out the door with financing already in place within 30 min. Would have been faster if my wife and I hadn’t enjoyed talking with them all so much! He always exceeds my expectations. He knows his product well. He is diligent, hospitable and straight forward. Most importantly, he avoids the usual B.S. that is so often associated with buying a vehicle. John seems more like a buddy than a salesman. He and Four Stars actually make buying a car fun.
