Very disappointed in how my vehicle was treated. I came for my 20,000 mile check up and when I arrived my steering wheel was in great condition and when I got in my car to leave it was damaged with I came for my 20,000 mile check up and when I arrived my steering wheel was in great condition and when I got in my car to leave it was damaged with deep and scratchy scrape marks so ruff it was extremely noticeable! Then to top it off instead of simply apologizing and fixing it they told me it did it on its own like if I was just realizing that it’s wearing! Which was xx I’m very detailed. Then they used my warranty to change just the bare minimum outer part of my steering wheel. Still not admitting to being wrong. Covered it up like if it was natural effects. It’s only 1 year old and well taken care of!! Very disappointed in the service department of Toyota in Altus, ok. This isn’t the first frustrating visit I have had. I don’t normally leave reviews but This is only one of many bad experiences and finally I decided I’ve had enough and a review is needed!! More
