Purchased a 2024 Sienna and the process couldn’t have been easier. John clearly communicated throughout the whole process and was there to answer any questions I had. At no point did he make us feel pres been easier. John clearly communicated throughout the whole process and was there to answer any questions I had. At no point did he make us feel pressured and he was able to get us exactly the car we wanted. We purchased the vehicle from out of state and John walked us through the entire process virtually and made the pickup seamless. I would highly recommend working with John and Four Star Toyota if you are in the market for a new Toyota. More

We saw Russell exit the building on his way to greet us as we exited our vehicle. Russell was up beat and personable. He immediately retrieved the key to the car we were interested in in buying and hopped as we exited our vehicle. Russell was up beat and personable. He immediately retrieved the key to the car we were interested in in buying and hopped in the back seat. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions. Inside he was quick to assist us with financing. Russell made sure the car was washed, vacuumed and had a full tank of gas prior to us departing very happy with him and our purchase. And the entire time I called him Roger! When I discovered my error the next day I called Russell and we had a good laugh. More
