From the very beginning, Josh was very responsive and professional in answering all my questions and request over the phone, email and text. We live in the Dallas area and drove 3.5 hours to take a look at this car. After we arrived we were greeted by Josh and other associates, and waited for no time to get to test drive the Avalon, which had been waiting for me already. The car looked even better than in the pictures. Due to my personal belief of always having a used car inspected before buying it, I requested to have the car checked out by a local mechanic in town. However most car repair garages were closed by 6 PM. They not only had no problem with pre-purchase inspection, but also allowed us to borrow the car for overnight and get it done on the next morning! Before we left for the day, Josh handed to me the the entire service records for this car (the car was originally sold from too), and filled up a full tank of gas for the car. The next morning I came in with more questions about service records, asking what was this and that...etc. But Josh took the time to explain every single item that I had questions about! I was very impressed with his dedication and patience. They touched up the little scrapes in the front bumper very quickly and professionally, making it look like a brand new car. Finally I made the purchase and shook hands, and became a happy customer! Before we drove away, the general manager Dell came out to shake our hands and said thank you. It was definitely worth our trip! More

When someone else began to look at the car I was interested in, he let me know, giving me an opportunity to adjust my plans. He and the Finance representative made a great team, securing a better interest rate, to enable me to obtain an extended warranty adding only $20/mo more than I had planned on. The price of the car was good enough that there was no need to negotiate for a lower price and I was in-and-out in about an hour. This was one of my better car-buying experiences. More

We moved from the OKC area to Altus so my wife could be near her family. We dropped by Four Stars Toyota one day for parts, but my wife found the perfect vehicle. I have been buying from large dealerships in the city for all of my life and expected to again. But, we found the perfect Toyota at Fours Stars and had a buying experience that I thought was gone forever. Our purchase from Four Stars was honest, straight forward, and clean. There were no add on costs, no hidden fees, no last second expenses, just a good, honest deal. Thank you Kelly Strausser and Four Star Toyota. We expect you to do very well in Altus. Gary Wade More
They did not cater to my needs, instead they resorted to bullying tactics to convince me i needed the warranties. They simply would not take no for an answer. I also had service done on the back bumper of the car, which was acceptable, but they were unable to fashion a new key for my car...i spent at least an hour waiting while they made futile attempts to copy the key. Their warranties are virtually worthless, because a paint warranty doesnt actually cover damages to the paint. The sales staff's demeanor is vulgar and i spent the first part of the buying experience listening to them degrade their female employees. I would never shop at any putnam dealership again nor would i fail to point out their inadequacies to anyone i meet. More
Last year, I took my toyota corolla in for a 60,000 mile check and it ended up costing me $2200! The service people "convinced" me to change my timing belt, water pump and head gasket because "they were go check and it ended up costing me $2200! Two days later, my check engine light came on, so I took my car back to Putnam Toyota. They tried to tell me that my gas injector must be faulty, but luckily, I consulted someone else about my check engine light problem-- so I wasn't so guilable this time. It turns out that the mechanic had forgotten to reconnect a hose. Now just this past weekend, my sister took her car into Putnam for a 30,000 mile check and two days later, the check engine light came on. She hasn't taken the car back to Putnum yet, but 2/2 is really poor quality work! More
