Disappointed I bought two vehicles here and was very satisfying with the service on the first vehicle purchased. I later talked my wife into purchasing a 2018 RA I bought two vehicles here and was very satisfying with the service on the first vehicle purchased. I later talked my wife into purchasing a 2018 RAV 4 and after the purchase we could not get them to send us the paper work to register the vehicle in Texas. My wife called them 4 times and every time John promised to call us back but never returned any of the calls. We finally had to go to dealership to get paperwork. . More
