Our Salesman, Marvin was great at helping us get our first car here! Friendly and helpful salesman. Their services department has helped me for a couple years with my old hooptie, and they won my loyalt first car here! Friendly and helpful salesman. My single complaint and what made them lose a star was that the dealer in the back ran my credit through THREE different lenders to compare rates, without asking if that was okay. By assuming I wanted a better rate at the cost of a lowered credit score, they lost a bit of my trust. Please be courteous and communicate better in the future. Other than that, keep up the great service and attitude! More
