Guess dealer forgot to mention the hail damage on my new used 4Runner as well as the screwdriver damage around front door handle from someone trying to break in car as well as some other body damage. Lights used 4Runner as well as the screwdriver damage around front door handle from someone trying to break in car as well as some other body damage. Lights inside don’t work so can’t see to shift in dark. Absolutely no floor mats. I was told car was being detailed, but it’s dirty inside...they just added 4 freshness inside to hide smells. The car wasn’t even washed and it wasn’t from transport. Very disappointed and now have to take to body shop as well as buy mats...really??? Not mats? Taught me an expensive lesson to NEVER buy a car unseen even with photos. I asked for extra photos but they managed to hide the damage portions. I would not recommend this dealership and I’d certainly not purchase sight unseen as they were deceptive and couldn’t even clean inside of car after they told me they would detail...I use to detail for a living so I know what Im looking at (spilled coffee, fingerprints all over and no floor mats!). The only good thing is it’s a Toyota. More
