The technicians performed the necessary repairs, but it was extremely difficult to contact my service rep. I tried calling 4 times over two days and left voicemails each time, but my rep didn't listen to a was extremely difficult to contact my service rep. I tried calling 4 times over two days and left voicemails each time, but my rep didn't listen to any of them. If the voicemail system isn't working, they really need to fix it soon and explain to customers that they're not able to listen to voicemails (or be more diligent about answering their phones!). I hope other customers don't find it as impossible to speak with their rep as I did. More
