2 hours for an oil change. I was told upon arriving (with an appointment) it would be 1 1/2 hours. At one hour I went and stood in the front rather than stay in the waiting I was told upon arriving (with an appointment) it would be 1 1/2 hours. At one hour I went and stood in the front rather than stay in the waiting room. An employee came and asked me if I was okay. He then said he could go check on my car. He left. he was gone perhaps 5 minutes then came back with a person Id' as the service manager. He ask about the key fob recall I also was going to have done. He said that would take another hour and half. I said cancel the recall, I have been here over an hour and I notice my car was not even up on the lift. He told me he would get it done in 2o minutes. He emphasized he would get it done. Twenty five minutes late I ask him how many more 20 minutes it would take. I want my car. He as very calm. He went and then came back and said I could not have the car yet because they had just drained the oil. I went back inside into the dealership area, saw a individual whom I asked if he was an employee. I then told him it probably not do any good but where could I go complain. He went and got someone whom I laid the story out too. I then went back out to the enterway. Then the individual who first asked me what I was waiting for came back out and began to in my opinion tell me how wrong I was about the time in what I felt was an aggressive manner again my opinion. When he got loud I got louder. When he stepped toward me I stepped back and told him his further advance would be assault and I would call the police. He told me to be careful of the car coming in behind me. I said I did not care. I see my car. The man goes back in where the service manager is and they have a good laugh. The same man comes out again and tells me to find another dealership to meet my needs and tells me I can go. I tell him I need to pay. He says there is not charge for a 2 hour oil change. There were others who came in after me and were done before me. It did not matter that I had an appointment. Thank you for letting me vent and I will take the individual's word to heart and find another Nissen dealership to me my needs. More

Lack of communication, never told us it would take over 24 hrs, never called with status. So far the work appears good, but overall a frustring experience and definite let-down after the service from Gunn 24 hrs, never called with status. Great quality Service. Zack was very helpful. The service technician Hank was masterful especially in is thoroughness and attention to detail. Quality of Service outstandin Zack was very helpful. Suggestion for improving the customer experience is to update the waiting area , replace burnt out lighting, and broke. Glass facing shop. But this is secondary to providing high quality service and repairs. Last all people I met were very customer focused. More
