When I made an appointment to replace a recalled part on my Nissan, I'd been told over the phone to expect to leave my car all day. So, that evening I brought my to the service garage, just before closing. The friendly and helpful staff took my keys and car and then I got my ride home, anticipating a day without a car. Imagine my surprise when I got a text at 9 a.m. the next day that my car was ready!
