The service was fantastic. I ended up having a coolant leak and my car needed to stay over night. Patrick Vanzant was very helpful in explaining it all. Whenever I come to Four Star Nissan I receive star treatment. I’m seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. And all my needs are met, including my courtesy ride to my home and back to the dealership when m treatment. I’m seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. Zack did all he could for us on this repair, but the Nissan supply chain was not helping him out. We brought our 2020 LEAF in for a battery problem on June 10 and did not get it back until September 21 Nissan supply chain was not helping him out. We brought our 2020 LEAF in for a battery problem on June 10 and did not get it back until September 21. We were on track for having Nissan buy the car back when the last of five battery modules finally appeared! Not a reflection on the dealership at all. We decided to keep the LEAF, since it does all that we need it to do. Had we not, purchasing a Rogue with a Nissan corporate discount would have been our choice. More
