I wanted to give shout out the Four Stars Ford Jacksboro Service Department, particularly Chris and Ryan in Service. Four Stars was running a special for a free diagnostic check if your vehicle's check eng Service Department, particularly Chris and Ryan in Service. Four Stars was running a special for a free diagnostic check if your vehicle's check engine light was on. My check engine light came on right after I saw the coupon. I contacted the service department, they scheduled our Nissan Pathfinder in a timely manner. They worked with us to get all the codes that came up on the diagnostic check fixed in a timely manner and before our warranty expired. We are forever grateful for how Ryan and Chris went above and beyond to communicate and work with us to get out vehicle taken care of properly.
