Sorry you feel that way ... you are from out of state with 3 different addresses with two showing as warehouses.. we have a solid process that protects us from fraud .. it was explained in detail to you from the salesperson and then by me as you didn't agree with our process. Your wife came in and tried to bully us to give her the car and told story after story to try to get us to give it to her .. I am sorry she does not like to be told no.... you did not have to purchase the Yukon.. we have a process and we follow it and it works.... everyone treated you and her with the ultimate respect if anyone should be upset by how they were treated it should of been me .. as she yelled and carried on like and ungrateful person would because she could not get her way .. it was a traumatic experience for me as I do not treat people that way and I am not used to people treating me that way ...... again sorry you feel that way .... but it is not a fair review at all as you were not here and we had great conversations on the phone to make the deal
