We were traveling from OKC to SAT and got a flat about 12 miles north of Jacksboro. We were able to drive it to a tire shop (thank God for run-flat tires), but unfortunately they didn’t have the right size t miles north of Jacksboro. When the shop recommended Ford, I called and they not only had the right size tire, but also replaced it and got it all done for us in about an hour. Chris was great to work with! He recommended a good place for lunch, was very hospitable, and his customer service is top tier. If you are ever in the area and need help, go in! Truly a great, family friendly, hard working, and ethical environment. More
