I had a great buying experience with Cameron Spurlock from Four Stars Ford in Jacksboro, TX. Buying my first "new to me" car in over 15 years was a very stressful time, but he was light-hearted and took from Four Stars Ford in Jacksboro, TX. Buying my first "new to me" car in over 15 years was a very stressful time, but he was light-hearted and took charge where he needed to, making things as smooth as possible. Let me start with the only negative thing I have to say. I really think they could have worked with me a little more on the sales price of the car since I was putting a large amount of cash down on it. Otherwise, Cameron was very attentive to my needs in this process, which was all handled from the Internet and phone since I didn't live in Jacksboro. He answered the phone every time I called with questions and if he didn't have the answer for me, he was quick to find someone who had it. The buying process went quickly. I spotted the vehicle I was interested in at 4am online and by 6pm that evening the driver (very nice gentleman but I forgot his name) was delivering my car. Amazing service! I love the car! It is a 2020 but only had 32k miles on it, not bad. It had been a lease that someone turned in. I was able to view the Carfax which was clear and showed the service they did before I purchased it, which included two new tires, oil change, etc. If I was to go out again tomorrow and purchase another vehicle I would go back there and ask for Cameron.
