I can’t say enough great things about Ryan and Daniel at Four Star Ford. From the moment we started the process Ryan was very attentive and helped out in anyway he could. My recent experience was outstanding! I was in Jacksboro from out of town; they worked me in to the schedule within an hour and had me back safely on the road. This was probably the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had. I contacted the dealership upon opening, received a quick response from their sales person, Frida, and had an offer on my trade-in tha have ever had. I contacted the dealership upon opening, received a quick response from their sales person, Frida, and had an offer on my trade-in that I was comfortable with shortly after. There was no back-and-forth for hours upon hours. Upon getting to the dealership, I was in the door and out in one hour. That hasn’t happened to me in years and it was a great feeling. I will definitely shop this dealership in the future as it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. More
