I had requested to have my radio reset. That had not been going on until recently, so I don't think delamination had anything to do with it. I just think someone wanted to sell me a new radio. I don't think anyone tried to reset it to factory controls. I love that I can use it again, but I just feel like I was upsold a new part. More
