Shopping for a vehicle had always been a chore---it would take days to stop at each dealership, view their inventory, test drive the vehicle, and---the worse part---haggle over the price. The internet made take days to stop at each dealership, view their inventory, test drive the vehicle, and---the worse part---haggle over the price. The internet made shopping so much easier---we viewed various dealership websites, narrowed the field to Four Stars Auto Ranch and 2 particular vehicles. We got out there, test drove each vehicle, and made our selection. And the best part? We didn't have to haggle over the price! Our sales person, Roy Boswell, made this transaction easy and a unique experience. Who would've thought you could buy a vehicle and not haggle over the price not once? And Roy truly went over and beyond the call of duty to give us great service. The drive out to Four Stars Auto Ranch was worth the shopping experience. Recommend you give them a try. More

I had a 2008 Chev Avalanche and my wife loved to drive it. We were in Wichitaa Falls, Texas and saw the ad from Four Stars Auto ranch Witha 2008 Chev avalanche for a good price. We went by the dealeship and met Mr. Roy Boswell and purchased the avalanche. My Wife saw a new 2011 avalanche while we were there and when we got home she decided she would like to have the new one and called Mr Boswell and he told her that if we returned the 2008 he would apply what we paid on the 2008 to the new 2011 avalanche so we took the 2008 avalanche back and got the 2011 avalanche. when we got home I decided that I liked the 2008 avalanche that my wife had purchased and returned so I took my 2008 avalanche and traided with Row for the 2008 avalanche that my wife returned. Soon after that we took my Daughter to the dealership and purchased a 2010 Chrysler SUV.and we are very happy with the cars and the service we received from Mr Roy Boswell and the four Star Auto Ranch. We were treated better than any dealer ship I was ever in, I am a 80 year old man and have delt with a few. We Live in Lufkin, Texas Which is 300 miles away. More

Our experience at four stars was excellent. Charlie Taylor went above and beyond his job requirements. He is a great salesperson. The service dept. did an excellent job also. I just bought a new 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. I traded in my 2008 Honda Accord. I had an excellent sales experience. I was upside down on my trade. The dealership worked with me to get me the best possibl my 2008 Honda Accord. I had an excellent sales experience. I was upside down on my trade. The dealership worked with me to get me the best possible financing and never came back trying to get me to take on a vehicle with payments out of my reach. They let us test drive without having to tag along and were diligent in finding the car color combination we requested. Knowledgeable in explaining the car features and helpful in the Onstar setup. No complaints whatsoever. He picked my car up and took it to the dealership when the tags came in so I would not have to make the trip to the dealership. My husband and I have purchased many new cars, having worked for GM, and I don't recall every using 4stars, but I certainly would do so again, and recommend it to anyone looking to buy.
