I just bought a new 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. I traded in my 2008 Honda Accord. I had an excellent sales experience. I was upside down on my trade. The dealership worked with me to get me the best possibl my 2008 Honda Accord. I had an excellent sales experience. I was upside down on my trade. The dealership worked with me to get me the best possible financing and never came back trying to get me to take on a vehicle with payments out of my reach. I appreciated the forwardness and honesty of my salesman. I will definitely go back to Four Stars when I trade for my next vehicle! More

They let us test drive without having to tag along and were diligent in finding the car color combination we requested. Knowledgeable in explaining the car features and helpful in the Onstar setup. No complaints whatsoever. He picked my car up and took it to the dealership when the tags came in so I would not have to make the trip to the dealership. My husband and I have purchased many new cars, having worked for GM, and I don't recall every using 4stars, but I certainly would do so again, and recommend it to anyone looking to buy. The whole process was very easy and everyone we met was very helpful. Scott did any excellent job in assisting us. More
