The people who work here really do a great job but the owners seem to care less. The service waiting area is clean but not up to the standards of a GMC dealership. Go to Starling Chevrolet dealership on Orange Blossom Trail and see a huge difference! The only reason I stay with this dealership is the people because they care. I have been doing business with this dealership since 2006. Only reason is the people who really care about their workmanship but the owners need to step up and put some real money into the people or they will finely have enough and go somewhere else like some have already done. The service department is spot on. They are courteous and prompt. The communication is great and I am always pleased with the quality of their work.
