This is the 2nd of the 6 GMC's we've owned and both times we've had only the best process experience there; understand I pass two other GMC dealerships to get to Fountain - those guys need to do better in the customer relations business to get my attention/business; Fountain has always been in the mix for all my GMC considerations and will be in my future buys. The dealership black mailed me into financing to avoid a market adjustment. then they first tried to give me an 11.5% apr, then they tried to get me to sign over business leases to them.
