I bought a 2023 Yukon Denali a week ago from this dealer. The salesperson and his manager were A-OK by me. However, the experience with the financial rep Luis was not good at all. I had asked since I walked into the dealership, that I wanted to finance the truck thru the same credit union I was using for the 2019 Yukon Denali that I traded-in. I had a 3.5% rate with Space Coast Credit Union. My work credit union is offering right now 4.5% with my excellent credit rating for a 72 months new car loan. Yet Luis, the financial clerk, set me up with GM Financial at 10.5% and told me that I could refinance in 4 months with anyone else if I wanted to lower my rate. This is very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service to say the least. I had driven from Miami to Orlando to get the truck, and was in no position, if I wanted to get the truck, to refuse. More

We bought a Buick encore in December it only had 7000 miles on it when it burst into flames. We contacted Buick warranty and they won’t help us when talking to the sales department to get the information miles on it when it burst into flames. We contacted Buick warranty and they won’t help us when talking to the sales department to get the information on the car we needed for insurance the salesman wanted to sell us another car when we are ready…not the response I was expecting. I would give negative stars if I could. I would also have liked the ability to post the pictures of my car going up in flames with this review as a warning to others. More
