Took two days to get a quote that wasn't even in the realm of logic and they wouldn't even itemize it our or provide a document to look at to see what the fees and expenses were. Unfortunately they have such little stock they probably feel they have to resort to being a shady business to stay afloat, well guess what its driving away easy deals and trades that could bring in new customers and profit over time. No wonder there is so much turnover in the car business now the dealers are the worst they have ever been and especially this one.
