I originally had my 2023 Acura Integra serviced at Fountain Acura on 12/13/22 due to a flat tire where they replaced this tire. Upon receiving my vehicle after this service was completed, I noticed Fo Fountain Acura on 12/13/22 due to a flat tire where they replaced this tire. Upon receiving my vehicle after this service was completed, I noticed Fountain Acura had inflicted damage to the respective rim that was not there or as a result of my flat tire prior. After bringing this to their attention, they denied the claim and shared the damage was already their. I replied back indicating it was not, where the conversation culminated in me being banned from the dealership. Now, on 06/09/23, I received a nail in a different tire resulting in another flat tire. I took my vehicle to my local Firestone, where after service they shared with me the replacement tire from Fountain Acura was not only a different brand (I'm aware of), but more importantly is the incorrect size (I was not aware of). Not only did they damage my rim upon service, but they knowingly put on the incorrect tire without telling me. They also shared this is a potential safety hazard, and creates uneven wear and tear on my tires. I'm now in a spot where I can't contact or visit Fountain Acura where they need to take accountability and resolve their mistake. I require Fountain Acura to replace all four of my current tires with the correct tire size in new condition for my safety as well as even wear and tear. I will not take No for an answer. More
We have been customers at Fountain Acura for 20+ years and just got a fantastic new Acura MDX. The purchasing process was again very low pressure and efficient and pleasant. We had to return to the dealership to get the car detailed and to learn about the new technology that is so great. The service department has always been A++ and takes great care. We were disappointed in the "training" we were to have received, because we were made to wait for 2 twos after the appointment started, and the session was incomplete as the sales team was too busy delivering other vehicles to fulfill what we thought would be a thorough explantation of how everything works on the vehicle.
